This is a final reminder that the abstract submission deadline for the 29th International Symposium on Translation and Interpretation Teaching is fast approaching. If you have not yet submitted your abstract, we encourage you to do so by 25 March 2025.
The symposium, themed “Revisiting the Task of the Translator,” welcomes submissions in the following areas:
– practical experiences in translation and interpretation teaching,
– audiovisual and video game translations,
– new ways of understanding translation/interpretation,
– the role and value of translators/interpreters
– other topics related to translation and interpreting
Important Dates
• Final Abstract Submission Deadline: 25 March 2025
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 15 April 2025
• Submission Deadline for Extended Abstract: 15 May 2025
• Conference Date: 21 June 2025
